Web Server log files record information about server activities like request for files, errors encountered and so on. These log files are stored on the server of our hosting provider, protected from public access. Data like the following are stored.

• Information on user's web browser (type and version)
• User's operating system
• Referrer (page that linked to the current page, if applicable)
• IP address of the device making the request
• Date and time of the request
• File or page accessed
• Amount of data transferred in the request
• HTTP status code (data found or not found)

We do not have the knowledge to use that date to track specific users nor are we interested in doing so. This information is used for general statistics and to improve out website. Log files will be deleted after a period of time.

Google map will only be displayed when users accept the corresponding cookies. Using the map might result in sending user information (including IP address) to Google servers in the US.
If users consent Google tag manager will be activated for this website. Google tag manager is used in connection with Google ads for our bed and breakfast.

If you use email to contact us or if you use the booking form your message and your data will be stored in our computer's email program.
To process bookings we use services of Zimmersoftware KG, a company based in Gerasdorf near Vienna, Austria. If you book rooms with us your data will be stored on a server of «Zimmersoftware», protected from unauthorised access.
